Bailey Hawkins

Bailey Hawkins serves as the Assistant to the Head Football Coach at Boise State Athletics, a position held since June 2022. Previously, Bailey has experience as a Graduate Assistant and a Student-Athlete Development Graduate Assistant at the same institution, and as an Assistant Basketball Coach at Diamond Lane Basketball from September 2022 to April 2023. Prior roles include Membership Concierge at Life Time Inc. and being a Women’s Basketball Player for the NCAA from August 2019 to May 2021, where Bailey developed a strong work ethic and commitment to training and academic excellence. Bailey earned a full ride athletic scholarship and has a Master of Athletic Leadership from Boise State University, expected in May 2024, a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Newman University, and an Associate's degree from the College of Southern Idaho.
