Hope Masiado

Hope Masiado serves as the Director of Operations for Boise State Athletics since July 2018, overseeing various administrative functions including public inquiries, schedule coordination, and budget processes. Masiado supports recruitment and manages event organization for staff, maintaining operational consistency through proficient use of tools like Google Drive and Excel. Notable achievements include negotiating a 140% increase in hotel trade nights for the PowerSleep program and overseeing department communications for over 250 staff members. Additionally, Masiado is a gymnastics coach at Bronco Elite, focusing on athlete safety and efficiency, and has previous coaching experience with Girls Co-Op Gymnastics. Masiado holds a Master’s degree in Athletic Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Boise State University.
