Lisa Cochran is the current Executive Director of ExtraMile Arena at Boise State University. Prior to their current position, they served as the General Manager of Taco Bell Arena at Boise State University from January 2002 to November 2008. In this role, they were responsible for conducting contract negotiations for arena rentals and business partnerships, as well as financial forecasting for potential events. Cochran also developed business partnerships through building sponsorships and event sponsorships, and directed all marketing, advertising and sales efforts. Additionally, they managed all event marketing plans and budgets, and oversaw a full-time marketing staff of three professionals and student internships.
From November 1997 to December 1999, Cochran was the Marketing Associate at The Pavilion at Boise State University. In this role, they managed business partnerships including building sponsors, event sponsors and group sales. Lisa also collaborated on all event marketing plans and national advertising campaigns, and directed the arena website including content, site development and design.
Prior to their time at Boise State University, Cochran served as the General Manager of Bellevue Place Club from June 1989 to October 1996.
Lisa Cochran has a M.B.A. from Boise State University in Business Administration with a Marketing Emphasis. Lisa also has a B.S. from Seattle Pacific University in Exercise Science, and they are currently studying Health Sciences at the University of Washington.
They are on a team with Matt Wilde - General Counsel, Jeramiah Dickey - Executive Director of Athletics, and Andrew Mitzel - Director of Government Relations. Their manager is Marlene Tromp, President.
