Li Valentine, Ph.D

Li Valentine, Ph.D., is the founder and owner of The Wining Hour, Inc., established in May 2013, specializing in wine writing with a focus on Italian wines. Li Valentine is also a brand ambassador for the Boisset Collection, representing a diverse range of wineries and engaging in wine tastings, sales, and brand education since September 2016. Additionally, Li Valentine serves as a graduate school professor at Adelphi University, teaching courses in the Teacher Education program, including English, Literacy, and Educational Leadership, as well as summer courses in Italy. Li Valentine holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration from Capella University and also holds a BA in English Language and Literature from New York University and an MS in Education from The City University of New York.
