Randal J Odom

Randal J Odom has a diverse work experience in a variety of industries. From 2016 to present, they have been the CFO & VP of Business Services at BOJ of WNC/TN. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, they worked as an Independent Contractor/Consultant, providing business advice and coaching, leadership, strategic planning, capital acquisition, and IT expertise. From 2011 to 2014, Randal served as the Chief Executive Officer at PRTC, where they transformed the company's business model and managed a multi-million-dollar budget. From 2000 to 2011, they worked at PRTC as the Chief Financial Officer and Interim CEO, responsible for financial accountability, corporate planning, strategic planning, and analysis. Before that, from 1999 to 2000, Randal was the Director of Financial Planning at Buckley Acquisition Corporation, where they made Quincy's financially self-sufficient. Lastly, from 1994 to 1999, they held the role of Director of Finance and Strategic Planning for Hardee's Restaurants at Advantica Restaurant Group.

Randal J Odom pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with an Associate's degree in General Studies from North Greenville University, which they obtained between 1981 and 1983. Following this, they attended Western Carolina University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Economics from 1983 to 1985. Randal J furthered their academic journey at Western Carolina University, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, General from 1985 to 1987.
