Helen Peil

Helen Peil is an experienced professional with a diverse background in translation, teaching, and project management. Currently serving as a Technical Account Manager and Key Account Manager at Boku since December 2018, Helen manages carrier billing projects with a focus on the Chinese market. Previous freelance work as a translator and editor/proofreader spanned over a decade, covering a variety of topics, including academic and tourism texts. Helen's teaching experience includes roles as a Business and Professional English Instructor and an English tutor, alongside a tenure as a homeroom teacher for second graders. With a strong educational foundation in English Studies and Intercultural Communication from the University of Tartu and Universitat Jaume I, Helen has also held management and project roles in educational institutions and language schools, showcasing a comprehensive skill set in both language-related fields and team leadership.
