Hannes Karlström began their work experience in 2014 as a Summer Intern at Johanneberg Science Park AB, where they developed a market strategy for improving recognition amongst students in Gothenburg. Hannes then worked as a Summer Intern at BeInZero AB, where they investigated the commercial potential of a patented technology. In 2016, they had a part-time job as a Customer Support at Nordea and worked as a Summer Intern at SKF Group, where they created and managed production schedules and developed inventory and procurement plans. In 2017, they worked as a Summer Intern - Junior Venture Manager at Covestro, where they were involved in launching a global platform for B2B commerce of chemicals. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Management Consultant at Capgemini Invent, supporting clients in consumer products and financial services with strategic and operational topics. From 2019 to 2021, they participated in the Volati Management Program at Volati AB, supporting in completing ad-on acquisitions, conducting corporate development projects, and participating in the Lex Asea dividend of Bokusgruppen. Currently, they are the Head of Business Development & Growth at Bokusgruppen, responsible for driving the growth agenda through M&A, new ventures/businesses, and collaborations.
