Isabel Rodrigo has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Isabel started their career as a Store Manager at Mango, a Spanish fashion retail chain. Isabel was responsible for managing the sales team, overseeing marketing and PR activities, and handling stock control and replenishment. Isabel then moved on to Pocketstället as the Head of Marketing, where they developed the brand strategy, managed marketing and communication efforts, and led the negotiation with book suppliers. Isabel also served as a Country Manager/Area Manager, responsible for sales performance and managing a sales team of 20 employees.

In their most recent role, Isabel served as the Head of Recruitment at Beyond Retail, a niche consulting firm. Isabel also held the position of Senior Manager at the company, where they handled strategic consulting assignments, recruitment services, and designing organizations for digital growth.

Isabel is currently working at Bokusgruppen as the Head of Category.

Isabel Rodrigo began their education in 1994 at Stockholm University. Isabel studied Political Science, International Relations, Latin American Studies, and Spanish until 2000. In 1997, they also attended Linköping University, where they pursued the Ek.Mag degree in Internationella ekonomprogrammet 180p. Isabel completed their studies at Linköping University in 2002.
