Kent Karlsson

Kent Karlsson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Kent is currently working as the Group CIO at Bokusgruppen since November 2021. Prior to that, from November 2016 to October 2021, they served as the CIO at Daniel Wellington, where they played a key role in implementing a more customer-centric organization and a data-driven mindset. Between June 2011 and October 2016, Kent worked at Wasa Kredit AB as a Business Development Manager, responsible for driving future growth and managing a team of 15 employees and consultants. Before that, they held different manager positions at Länsförsäkringar from July 2006 to May 2011. Kent also has experience as an Office Manager at Adecco Sweden AB from February 2004 to July 2006 and as a Salesman corporate customer at Dialect AB from March 2003 to January 2004. In addition, they have served as a Project Manager at EcSoft AB from April 2001 to December 2002, as a System developer at Modul 1 AB from August 1998 to April 2001, and as a System developer at Cap Gemini from June 1997 to August 1998.

Kent Karlsson completed a Management Development Programme in Leadership and Organization at Eurekans from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Växjö University between 1994 and 1997.
