Anne Wilhelmus

Anne Wilhelmus is an experienced HR professional specializing in change management, HR operations, and IT solutions. Currently serving as Manager HR IT at bol.com since March 2022, Anne leads a team focused on enhancing the employee journey through user-friendly HR IT tools and the management of various HR IT SaaS solutions. Previously, Anne held several leadership roles at VodafoneZiggo, Amerpoort, AkzoNobel, and PostNL, where responsibilities included program management for HR transformations, communication strategies for change management, and designing new organizational structures for HR departments. Anne holds a Master's degree in Business Studies from the University of Amsterdam and a Master's in Organizational Psychology from Utrecht University.
