Koen van Rijswijk

Koen van Rijswijk possesses comprehensive experience in engineering and business analysis, currently serving as an Engineering Manager at bol.com since October 2019, where responsibilities include managing four innovation teams within the purchasing product area and coaching developers. Prior to this role, Koen held several positions at Hoogvliet BV from September 2004 to September 2019, culminating as Teamlead for supply chain projects, overseeing a group of four professionals focused on a new high-mechanized distribution center. Koen also has experience as a project leader, process expert, and business analyst. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development/Project Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and training in Change Management from Schouten & Nelissen. Additional training was completed at Scenter in 2022.
