Nicole Wolzak

Nicole Wolzak serves as the Programme Manager for Sustainability Logistics at bol.com since June 2021, focusing on decarbonization efforts aimed at reducing CO2 emissions from packaging, delivery, and returns. Previously, as a Consultant in Warehouse Operations at bol.com, Nicole optimized warehousing processes and managed impactful projects across the company's logistics. Prior experience includes consulting roles at IG&H, where strategic data-driven projects were undertaken in retail and logistics across multiple countries, and as a Junior Consultant and Trainer at Erasmus Education, where Nicole taught economics and math courses. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's in Dutch Law and Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, alongside master’s degrees in Urban, Port & Transport Economics and Company Law. Nicole is currently pursuing a Masterclass in Sustainable Business.
