Sonalika Pawar

Sonalika Pawar is the Founder & CEO of Bold and Beyond since April 2021. Prior to this, Sonalika held the position of Head of Brand Marketing at VRO Hospitality and Head of Brand at NEVERMIND Bar & Social. Sonalika has extensive experience in marketing and brand management, overseeing various aspects such as team management, budget planning, digital marketing, strategic partnerships, and event curation. Sonalika has successfully launched new outlets and brands, implemented integrated marketing communication plans, and utilized influencer marketing to increase brand engagement. Sonalika also has a background in marketing and communications from their previous roles at Marriott International and Madison World.
