Kate Bays is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development, strategic planning, and virtual facilitation. Since June 2025, Kate has served as the host of the Bold Brave Believers Podcast at Bold Brave Me, focusing on potential growth in Christ. Currently, Kate is involved with The Little Fox - Toby's Foundation as a Strategic Planning Facilitator and has held various roles at DDI (Development Dimensions International) since July 2013, including Adjunct Leadership Consultant. Kate is the CEO and Founder of Virtual Agility, LLC, where innovative strategies and engaging content for virtual learning are crafted. Additional roles include Workshop Facilitator at Effective Training Associates, Executive Coach/Virtual Facilitator at Rob Edwards Ltd, and Consultant Facilitator at SynexeConsulting. With a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Point Park University, Kate also has internship experience at WPXI-TV and participated in the Walt Disney World College Program.
