Aldy Lopez has extensive experience in the catering and hospitality industry, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently, Aldy serves as the Director of Operations at Bold American Catering, a position held since August 2006, having progressed through roles such as Operations Manager and Catering Services Manager. Additionally, Aldy has been associated with Bold American Events & Catering since 2006 in the capacity of Catering Services Manager. Prior to these roles, Aldy worked at El San Juan Hotel & Casino as Banquet Manager from November 1997 to June 2006, and held the position of Assistant Manager at Las Brisas Restaurant at El Conquistador Resort from October 1992 to November 1997. Aldy Lopez's educational background includes studies at Universidad de Puerto Rico from 1992 to 1995.
