Craig Kinloch-Melia

Craig Kinloch-Melia has been working in IT operations for over six years. Craig started their career as a Director of Development Operations at Think Shift in 2014 where they were responsible for several areas of the business that involved the running, optimization, and troubleshooting of the daily operations of the Digital teams. In 2016, they became the Director of IT Operations at RAPID RTC and was responsible for developing and managing the operations teams from Security, Site Reliability Engineers, to Infrastructure Architects. Craig also developed their internal Corporate Services. In their current role as Director of IT Operations at Bold Commerce, Craig is a strategy leader in I.T. Operations and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's IT operations.

Craig Kinloch-Melia has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Birkbeck, University of London, a BTEC Computer Studies HND from Cornwall College, and certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in SAFe 4 Practitioner Certification. Craig also has certification from Think Shift in L3 (Leadership Training), VitalSmarts in Crucial Conversations (Effective Conversation Training), and Apple in Certified Apple Co-Ordinator and Certified Apple Support Technician.

Craig Kinloch-Melia reports to Eric Boisjoli, CTO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with and Mark St. Godard - Director of Software Development.
