Michael Miller

Michael Miller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate and affordable housing development. As the Founder of Bold Communities since December 2020, Michael operates a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to addressing the housing crisis. Previously, from October 2018 to December 2020, Michael served as Vice President at Inception REIT, overseeing senior debt and net lease equity investments. Michael also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Subversive Real Estate Acquisition REIT LP from December 2019 to November 2020. Earlier roles include Affordable Housing Development - Acquisitions & Project Manager at Thomas Safran & Associates, along with experience in investment banking at Barclays, Lehman Brothers, and Citi. Michael holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and advanced degrees from Stanford University in Sociology and International Relations.
