David Zizzi

David Zizzi is the Director of Operations at Bold Construction. David has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry.

David began their career in 1993 as a Sales & Marketing Manager at Dematic Retrotech. David was with the company for 11 years before moving to TJW Custom Homes in 2005, where they served as Vice President/Partner for 14 years. In January 2012, David joined Welsh Construction as Operations Manager, a position they held for 7 years before joining Bold Construction in 2019.

At Bold Construction, David is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. David is a highly experienced and respected leader in the construction industry, and their knowledge and expertise have helped make Bold Construction one of the most successful construction companies in the country.

They work with Miles Rogers - Construction Manager, Megan Cone - Design Manager, and Deke Burch - Warranty Manager & Field Coordinator. David Zizzi reports to Chris Ehrenfeld, Owner, Visionary. Some direct reports include Tim Dowds - Operations Manager, Sheen Hosseinpour - Operations Coordinator.
