Gavin Lew

Gavin Lew is the managing partner at Bold Insight. Gavin has over 20 years of experience in the field of user experience and has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry. Gavin was previously the managing director at User Centric and before that, the director at Human Factors International. Gavin has also worked as a professor at both Northwestern University and DePaul University.

Gavin Lew attended Loyola University Chicago, where they received their MA and Doctoral Program in Experimental Psychology. Gavin also attended UC San Diego, where they received their BA with distinction in Psychology and their B.A. in Experimental Psychology.
