Piyatida Haerr

During her 15+ years of experience, Piya has led over 100 small- and large-scale projects, conducting formative and summative research on medical devices and software, mobile devices and accessories, websites, productivity, financial, and enterprise application tools. She also has extensive experience researching interactive voice response (IVR) systems in a variety of industries. Piya has an MS in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University and a BS in Computer Science with a Minor in Art from Northeastern Illinois University.
