Rafael Quintanilha

Rafael Quintanilha is an accomplished engineering manager and founder with extensive experience in software development and IT consulting. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager at Bold.org since August 2019, Rafael has successfully led the product team in scaling the application to enhance user capacity and functionality. As a founder of QuantBrasil, Rafael developed a platform for investors using quantitative techniques, attracting thousands of monthly users. Prior roles include Senior Full Stack Engineer at Bold.org, Senior Frontend Engineer at Modus Create, Inc, and Co-Founder and Partner at Elevential IT Consulting, where Rafael contributed to numerous web applications using modern technologies. Rafael holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and completed an exchange program in Computer Software Engineering at the University of Melbourne.
