Crystal Gallagher

Crystal Gallagher, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, possesses extensive experience in compensation management and human resources across various organizations. Currently serving as Compensation Manager at BOLD PENGUIN since March 2022, Crystal previously held the role of Senior Manager of Compensation at Intercontinental Capital Group, where responsibilities included overseeing compensation programs and implementing performance management strategies. Crystal's career also includes significant roles at Genpact, where management of the compensation team and HR functions for a large employee base was key, and at Sundance Vacations, where strategic HR support was established. Crystal began in the industry as a Staffing Specialist at ManpowerGroup, effectively managing HR functions for a multinational client base. Crystal holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Marketing from Penn State University.
