Ekaterina Karpenko is a skilled Total Rewards professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as a Senior Total Rewards Manager at Tricentis since September 2023, Ekaterina previously held the position of Base Pay Lead for EMEA & MEE at SAP, where responsibility included designing Total Rewards solutions for over 23,000 employees across the EMEA region.
