Matt McNeil

Matt McNeil boasts extensive experience in advanced analytics within the insurance and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Advanced Analytics at Bold Penguin since October 2019, Matt focuses on streamlining the quoting and binding processes for commercial insurance. Previously, at Enlace Health from February 2018 to October 2019, contributions included operationalizing value-based payment programs and enhancing data visualization tools for healthcare clients. Earlier roles at McGohan Brabender involved financial analysis and client support for employee benefits, complemented by experience as a finance and administrative assistant at the University of Dayton. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a focus on Operations and Supply Management from the University of Dayton in 2014.
