Heather Watkins has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2008 when they served as Director of Operations at White House Staging & eFactory. Heather then moved to CEB in 2009, where they held the role of Customer Engagement at the Toolbox.com division. In 2010, they began working at Marketo, where they held three different roles: Director of Customer Marketing, Sr. Manager of Customer Communities & Programs, and Community Manager. In 2013, they joined Optimizely as Senior Director of Marketing, Americas and APAC, and Director of Marketing Programs. In 2018, they became an Advisor at Beam Health Group, and in 2019, they took on a similar role at Clozio. In 2020, they joined Impossible Foods as Head of Growth Marketing and Interim Head of Growth Marketing. Most recently, in 2022, Heather became Co-Founder at Bold Reuse.
Heather Watkins graduated from Arizona State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and International Business. In the same year, they completed a Fellowship at the Moving Worlds Institute, specializing in Social Enterprise.
