Sylvia Diep is a UX Designer with a robust background in creating user-centric designs and optimizing digital experiences. Currently working at BOLD since September 2023, Sylvia previously held similar roles at Directive from April 2021 to August 2023, where the focus included designing wireframes and conducting A/B testing for improved conversion rates. Experience includes a UI/UX Designer position at Jasper Financial, where Sylvia focused on redesigning an online portal for dental patients, and internships at Helpsy Health and 4Smile, concentrating on mobile app features and user flow development. Additionally, Sylvia mentored and guided students in app development at Dreams for Schools. A graduate from UC Irvine with a degree in Informatics, Organizations, and Information Technology, Sylvia combines technical expertise with a passion for enhancing user experiences.
