Tara Schomaker

Tara Schomaker, MBA, is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in various leadership roles in the sales sector. Currently serving as Director of Sales at BOLD since August 2025, Tara previously held several positions at CareerBuilder from May 2010 to July 2025, including Director of Sales and Major Sales Manager, where responsibilities included leading a team of SaaS, HCM, Data, and Advertising Sales Representatives, and managing client relationships across multiple regions. Earlier career experience includes roles at Maasen Law Firm as Director of Client Relations and at DMB Realty Network as Community Relations Manager.
