Melanie Franchini

Melanie Franchini is an experienced sales and marketing professional with a strong background in leadership roles across various companies in the retail and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as the Sales Director for Pandora Western Europe Cluster since September 2022, Melanie previously held significant positions at GANT as Managing Director and Sales Director for France from 2015 to 2022. Prior experience includes working as Sales Manager for France and Iberia at VF Corporation, and holding multiple roles at Timberland, including Directrice Commerciale Retail and Marketing and Merchandising Manager. Melanie began her career at Mattel as Category Manager and Product Manager. Education credentials include an Executive Master in Sales & Marketing from HEC Paris, a Master in Marketing from MBS School of Business, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Birmingham.
