Darcy Deloach

Darcy DeLoach is a highly experienced professional in the field of music therapy and clinical learning, currently serving as the Senior Director of Process Improvement at BoldAge PACE since July 2023. In addition, Darcy operates a consulting practice that began in January 2023. Previously, Darcy held the position of Vice President of Clinical Learning and Development at AccentCare, Inc. from January 2021 to January 2023, and served as Vice President of Learning and Development at Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care between May 2018 and February 2022. Earlier career roles include Director of Music Therapy at the University of Louisville and Professor of Music Therapy at Florida State University, along with a position as Coordinator of Music Therapy and Arts in Medicine at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Darcy DeLoach earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Music Therapy/Therapist from Florida State University.
