Beate Schuerle

Beate Schuerle is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in brand development and management. As the Founder and Creative Director of MAYADORO since July 2021, Beate focuses on creating luxury products for dogs, driven by a passion for enhancing the lives of canine companions. Beate operates an independent business consulting firm since April 2016 and serves as a coach for the Boldbrain Startup Challenge. Previously, Beate held key leadership roles at Guess Europe Sagl from January 2013 to March 2016, culminating as the International Director for Guess Jewellery, where responsibilities included defining commercial strategies and managing operations across 65 countries. Notable achievements include restructuring teams for increased productivity and successfully transitioning departments from the US to Switzerland. Beate's earlier career includes successfully launching Guess stores in Germany and significantly increasing turnover in previous roles in sales and brand management.
