Federico Castelnuovo

Federico Castelnuovo is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the fields of aesthetics, management consulting, and startup mentorship. Currently serving as Founder and CEO of TSBH The Swiss Beauty Hub and a board member at Bellotti Spa, Federico also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and board member at Corà Domenico & Figli Spa. As a co-founder of TicInsect and Founder and Managing Director of Fulcrum Sagl, Federico contributes to various innovation-driven ventures. Additional roles include serving as a coach for the Boldbrain Startup Challenge and acting as a mentor at Fondazione AGIRE | Tecnopolo Ticino. A graduate of Università Bocconi with a degree in Economics, Federico's background includes co-founding Blue Arrow srl, a management consulting firm in Milan, and holding a partnership at TIM MANAGEMENT.
