Scott Cooper

Scott Cooper is an aerospace national security expert and the current head of the Bolden Group. Prior to their work at the Bolden Group, Cooper was an agent with the Atlantic Council, a think tank that promotes constructive engagement in international affairs. Scott has also worked as a political consultant and run for Congress in North Carolina's 2nd Congressional District.

Scott Cooper studied at the United States Naval Academy, where they obtained a BS in Political Science. Scott then pursued an MA in International Relations at the University of Maryland.

They are on a team with Kathryn D. Sullivan - Natl. Security Space STEM+AD, Jere L. Simpson - Natl. Security, and Joan Higginbotham - Space / Aerospace STEM+AD. Their manager is A. Ché Bolden, Chairman and President.
