Michael Minch-Dixon is the Co-Founder of Bolder Foods, a company that creates plant-based cheese to promote a more sustainable planet. Prior to this, Michael was also the Co-Founder of Snact, a healthy snack brand that repurposed surplus produce. With a background in sustainability and business development, Michael has worked with various organizations to drive positive change towards environmental issues. Their educational background includes a Master's Degree in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Kent.
