Karl Kwok

Karl Kwok has a diverse work experience in various compliance and audit roles. Karl most recently worked at Bolder Group as the Head of Compliance for Asia, where they provided regulatory compliance support, developed compliance training, and managed compliance risks. Prior to that, they served as a Compliance Manager at Apex Fund Services and an Audit Senior at BDO, where they managed internal audit and risk advisory projects. Karl also worked as a CDD Manager at Standard Chartered Bank, where they assessed AML risks and ensured compliance with data integrity and monitoring processes.

Karl Kwok completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance from The University of Queensland between 2011 and 2013. Karl also obtained additional certifications, including an ICA Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance from the International Compliance Association in 2021, and ISO 22301:2012 - Business continuity management systems from BSI in 2017.
