Eleanor Q. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2016, Eleanor worked as a Waitress at Finger Food People while studying in university. In 2017, they transitioned to a Teaching Assistant role at anzuk Education, where they supported students with disabilities in various schools. In 2018, Eleanor took on the role of Manager at GlazeIt Studio, where they managed the store, handled customer relations, and conducted painting classes. Eleanor then worked as a Business Development Lead at Dryz, creating relationships with businesses to promote long-term growth.
In 2019, Eleanor joined SPARK Deakin as an Operations & Community Associate and Startup Ideation Coordinator, facilitating the development of startup projects. During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, they worked as a self-employed Business & Community Support, providing website development and business growth services to various growing businesses, including Joey Delivers. Eleanor then joined AmazingCo in 2021 as an Experience Coordinator, responsible for creating and booking unique experiences for customers and conducting B2B business development.
In 2022, Eleanor worked as a Freelance Writer before joining Eugene in 2021 as a Customer Care Representative, supporting daily operations and providing customer support. Currently, Eleanor is working at Ignite Healthcare as a Business Support Coordinator, contributing to disability support work as initially envisioned after high school. Throughout their career, Eleanor has gained experience in operations, customer care, business development, and community support.
Eleanor Q. completed their high school education and VCE at Glen Eira College in 2015. Eleanor then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Arts with a focus on Literary Studies & Philosophy at Deakin University from 2016 to 2020. During their time at Deakin University, Eleanor obtained several certifications, including the Deakin University: Vice-Chancellor's Award for Outstanding Contributions to Experience in November 2019, the LANTITE certification from the Australian Council for Educational Research in January 2019, the Golden Key Award from the Golden Key International Honour Society in March 2017, and the Provide First Aid certification from Healthguard First Aid Training Services in October 2018.
