David Sudolsky

David Sudolsky is the Founder and CEO of Boldr, the largest global B Corp talent outsourcing company, a position held since December 2016. In addition to leading Boldr, David has served as a member of YPO since 2023 and was on the Board of Directors for A Million Voices from 2018 to 2019, contributing to an NGO during a six-year residence in Manila. Previously, David co-founded and served as President of Enshored's Philippines entity from 2013 to 2016, while earlier roles included Senior Manager of Client Success & Operations at UTi Worldwide and various positions in marketing and client services. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship and International Business from the University of Southern California and has pursued additional education in impact measurement at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
