Anjali Pankhania

Anjali Pankhania is a Senior Global Talent Partner at BOLDSCIENCE, a medical communications agency, since June 2025. Prior to this role, Anjali served as Senior Manager in Life Sciences at Hays, leading the UK Senior Appointments practice from December 2023 to May 2025, and as Head of Biotech Executive Search at Hunter Healthcare, specializing in executive placements within the Biotech industry from April 2022 to December 2023. Anjali also managed teams in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical Operations at Hays Life Sciences from November 2016 to April 2022. Anjali's earlier experience includes a legal internship at CentralNic plc in 2016. Anjali holds a BA (Hons) in Classical Civilisation from the University of Nottingham and A levels in English Literature, Geography, and Classical Civilisation from Surbiton High School. Anjali has received multiple accolades, including Future Leader of the Year in 2021 for both Cheapside, London, and UK & Ireland, as well as recognition as a rising star in 2017-2018.
