Alesa Rottersman Grant

Alesa Rottersman Grant has been in the communications and business development field for over 15 years. In 2006, they began their career as the Director of Global Marketing Communications & Branding with ISG (Information Services Group). During their time there, they hired and led a team of independent contractors and steered an exceptional relationship with an India-based content creation firm. In 2012, they moved to IBM as the Communications Lead for the Talent Transformation Global Consulting team. Her role included creating and managing internal and external executive communications. In 2022, Alesa began working at Escalate PR as a Senior Consultant. In this role, they worked with a team of highly experienced B2B marcomm and PR pros to deliver integrated communications excellence to tech firms. Later that same year, they began working at Boldsquare as a Senior Consultant & Business Development. Her expertise in global public relations and marcomm + B2B consultative sales has been put to use with this Inc. 5000 company.

Alesa Rottersman Grant has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, a Master of Science in Communications, and a Master of Science in Communications with a focus in Public Relations/Journalism, also from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
