Antonio Anacan Jr.

Antonio Anacan Jr. has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Antonio began their career in 2004 as a Technical Support Engineer at Workmen's Auto Insurance Company, where they provided general technical support and network/telephony support for corporate users. Antonio then moved on to Robert Half Technology in 2006, where they served as an IT Analyst, providing corporate IT support for MGM Resorts International properties.

In the same year, Antonio also worked at MGM Resorts International as an IT Analyst, offering desktop support to corporate and casino operations staff. Antonio handled various tasks, including supporting casino management systems, POS devices, peripherals, and applications, as well as Active Directory users and devices for a user base of over 10,000 people.

Antonio's career continued to grow, and in 2008, they joined Agilysys as a Technical Support Engineer, where they provided technical support and customer service in installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and general usage of POS systems.

Later in 2008, they started working for Konami Gaming Inc. as a Systems Technical Support Engineer and BI Data Analyst. In this role, they offered on-site and off-site installation and technical support for casino management systems, slot networks, and EGM troubleshooting. Antonio also provided training and support for casino operations.

In 2013, Antonio joined IGT as an Application Support Engineer, where they focused on troubleshooting multiple technology systems related to gaming applications and software.

Finally, in 2015, Antonio joined Mobilitie as a Wireless LAN Engineer. Their responsibilities included configuring, deploying, managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network devices, such as Cisco, Aruba, Panasonic, Motorola, and Ruckus.

Throughout their career, Antonio has demonstrated expertise in technical support, network troubleshooting, system installation, and customer service.

Antonio Anacan Jr. attended DeVry University from 2004 to 2005, where they earned a BIS degree in Business Information - Systems Technical Management. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2005, they also studied at ITT Technical Institute-West Covina and obtained an AS degree in Information Technology - Computer Networking Systems Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Antonio Anacan Jr. has obtained several certifications. Antonio has completed courses in Custom Microsoft SQL Server 2012 from Everest College Phoenix. Antonio has also received certifications in various areas of MicroStrategy9, including Administration Application Management, Advanced Reporting, Data Mining and Advanced Analytics, Engine Essentials, Free-Form SQL Essentials, and Reporting Essentials, all from MicroStrategy.
