Erick Ricardo Martínez Espiricueta received their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they studied from 2014 to 2019. Following that, they pursued a new field of study and is currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Law at Universidad Virtual del Estado de Guanajuato, starting in 2019 and expected to graduate in 2023.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Erick has obtained several certifications. In December 2018, they received the Auditor Interno certification from Applus+. Later, in December 2022, they completed the certification in Software de ventas de HubSpot from HubSpot Academy. More recently, in January 2023, they obtained certifications in Ventas inbound and Ventas sin fricción, both from HubSpot Academy.
