Omar R. has had a diverse career in software engineering, starting in 2012 as a Senior iOS Developer for Cuquo and later becoming a Senior Developer for LUNAVE Multimedios S.A de CV. Omar then worked as a Full Stack Developer for Blend Mexico and UX Marketing from 2015 to 2016, before taking on the role of Director of Software Development for Nativo Digital. In 2018, they became a Lead Mobile Software Engineer for Resuelve tu Deuda, where they were responsible for developing front-ends and back-ends, managing the Google Play Store, Apple App Store and Huawei AppGallery, and reporting insights and status updates. In 2021, they were an Engineering Manager for Homie.mx, and is currently working as a Mobile Developer for Boletia and Jefe de Operaciones for UPAX.

Omar R. attended Universidad de Londres to study Comunicación Multimedia and ESIME Zacatenco to obtain a degree in Comunicaciones y Electrónica.
