Martin Stenz

Martin Stenz possesses extensive leadership experience in property management and operations, currently serving as Driftschef at Boligforeningen AAB since April 2024. Prior roles include Driftsleder at Gl. Holte boligselskab from March 2021 to March 2024, and Vikariat - ejendomsmester at Domea.dk for a year. Stenz has demonstrated expertise in managing operations strategically while leading area managers, and has held significant positions such as Driftschef at Boligselskabet Sjælland and Ejendomsleder at KAB, overseeing the administration of numerous residential properties.
