The Property Development and Leasing segment is engaged in the development, sales and lease of properties in Mainland China. The Company is also involved in the provision of warehousing services, labor services, enterprise management services, enterprise business planning and consulting services, as well as various services for sanitary ware, cabinets and accessories through its subsidiaries.
