Jill Maldonado is the Director of Sales at Bolingbrook Golf Club. Jill has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in meeting and event planning.

Jill began their career in 1993 as a Convention Service Manager at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating all aspects of conventions and meetings, including food and beverage, audio/visual, transportation, and housing.

In 1996, Jill was promoted to Assistant Director of Meetings and Conventions at Hilton Hotels & Resorts. In this role, they oversaw 100,000 square feet of meeting space and managed events ranging from 100-5,000 attendees. Jill was also responsible for developing and implementing training programs for managers and administrative staff.

In 1999, Jill left Hilton to join Accenture as a Meeting and Event Planning Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for negotiating contracts, managing budgets, catering, transportation, decorations, and entertainment for Chicagoland Meeting and Events. Jill was also selected to be part of the Global Team to create best practices, policies, tools, and procedures used in meeting development. In addition, Jill led the summer intern program and participated in professional associations such as MPI and PCMA.

Jill has been with Bolingbrook Golf Club since 2003 and has been instrumental in growing the business. Under their leadership, the club has seen a significant increase in membership and revenue.

Jill Maldonado earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Jill is currently working as a marketing professional.

Jill Maldonado works with David Thompson - PGA, Director of Golf, Jeffery Gerdes - Superintendent, and Darren Smith - Executive Chef. Their manager is Doug Friess, General Manager.
