Rob Marcott is an experienced professional with a diverse background in automotive aftersales, content development, and service engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Aftersales Network at Bollinger Motors since September 2023, Rob is tasked with managing the startup of the aftersales network to support the launch of electric commercial vehicles. Prior experience includes leadership roles at MSX International, where Rob directed a team of over 70 employees in creating multimedia products for the automotive sector, and multiple positions at Tweddle Group focused on diagnostics and content development operations. Earlier career roles at Volkswagen Group of America and Chrysler involved significant management responsibilities, ensuring compliance and development of service publications and technical content. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
