Brent Tompkins

Brent Tompkins is an experienced professional in the naval architecture and marine engineering sectors, currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Bollinger Shipyards since April 2015, following various managerial roles within the company. Previously, Brent held the position of Principal Naval Architect at ALION Science & Technology, where responsibilities included coordinating the design of auxiliary machinery systems for the Indian Naval Offshore Patrol vessel. Additionally, Brent has held senior positions at John J McMullen & Associates, ROLLS-ROYCE NAVAL MARINE INC, and INGALLS SHIPBUILDING, contributing to various projects and the production of proposals for significant military contracts. Brent earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Naval Architecture from the State University of New York Maritime College.
