Jessica Russell has extensive experience in the purchasing and quality systems field, currently serving as a Quality Systems Specialist at Bollinger Shipyards since April 2024. Previously, Jessica held roles as a Purchasing Agent at Swiftships from December 2021 to January 2024 and at Performance Energy Services, LLC from June 2014 to February 2015. Additionally, Jessica was an International Purchasing Agent and Purchasing Director at Flow Line Valve and Controls, LLC from October 2008 to January 2014. Jessica's educational background includes studies at South Central Louisiana Technical College-Lafourche Campus and the University of Phoenix, culminating in a high school diploma from HL Bourgeois.
