Heather McNicholl

Heather brings over thirty years of career advancement in retailing, quality assurance, merchandising, sales and marketing. She most recently served as General Manager of COCOOIL, an Australian luxury skincare brand. Heather has been described as “a phenomenal leader who is a problem solver and gets things done”. Heather’s retail career has spanned specialty, media, e-commerce and start-ups. She served on the leadership team at QVC in Sales, Marketing, & Operations and drove the reinvention of QVC from a single-channel TV shopping company into a leading multi-channel retailer offering an immersive shopping experience to an expanding customer base. Her passion is building high performing teams and reinventing businesses by developing and implementing marketing, people, technology, financial and operation strategies to drive revenue and profitability and deliver the optimum customer experience.

Heather attended the University of Delaware and received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Heather and her husband share a love of travel, especially visiting friends and families in Ireland in the summer and skiing in the winter.
