Frederic Lebourg is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Bolloré-Redlands Farm Holding, Inc. since March 2020, where leadership encompasses a fully vertically integrated olive oil production operation. Prior to this role, Frederic held positions as Chief Operating Officer at Rhythm Superfoods LLC, contributing significantly to the growth of the leading organic snack manufacturer in the USA, and as CEO/COO at BKD Group, where revitalization efforts led to substantial sales and EBITDA improvements. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Amero Foods Mfg Corp, San Antonio Coco, Inc., Hospitality Foods, Inc., GB Foods, Promised Land Dairy, Neuhauser USA Corp, and Rudi Foods, with demonstrated success in turnarounds, operational efficiencies, and growth strategies across various food production and manufacturing sectors. Frederic holds an M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from HEC Paris.
