Thuy Lam

Thuy Lam currently serves as an HR Data Analyst at Bolloré since February 2022, focusing on Social Indicators reporting for the group, including the management of the annual social indicators campaign and collaboration with external auditors. Prior to this role, Thuy worked as an International HR Development Project Manager at Bolloré Transport & Logistics from November 2017 to March 2022, overseeing various HR projects. Thuy's experience includes roles as an HR Projects Manager at armatis-lc, where competencies development and HRIS system implementation were key responsibilities, and as a Junior HR at NUTRIXO, coordinating learning and development actions. Earlier positions include a Mobility & Career Development Assistant at L'Oréal and an HR Assistant at Distriborg - Wessanen Group, with a comprehensive background in recruitment, learning and development, and internal communication.
